Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at soulbeautyhair.com

Your satisfaction is always our goal! Soul beauty hair has been doing our best to make every customer have a nice shopping experience here. So if you have any problem with the product or service, please feel free to contact us.

 

  1. Change of Mind

If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Please contact us first and we will try our best to satisfy your needs. Further, the hair you ordered must be:

  1. in saleable condition;
  2. unused with all original packaging;
  3. returned to us ; the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of purchase.

The return shipping fee is afforded by you. And we just refund the hair cost without shipping cost when we receive your returned hair.

  1. Faulty Products

If the hair you received is faulty, please contact us within 30 days and the reason for return. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

1.Refunds will not be issued if your item is in transit.

  1. After we have confirmed your desire to return the hair.please RE-PACK THE HAIR IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  2. POST YOUR HAIR TO A GIVEN ADDRESS. We will afford the refund shipping EXPENSE. We advise the return hair by USPS shipment way rather than couriers like DHL, UPS, which may cost much more and we won't receive it.Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
  3. As soon as we have your return, we will check the hair quality again and issue a refund of hair.
  4. We' Il send you messages to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
